A & Y Associates, Company Secretaries, is a Mumbai based firm of Practicing Company Secretaries. It is a Partnership firm registered with the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.

We are a team of young Governance Professionals providing One Stop Solution for all Corporate Compliances with a philosophy to offer our clients the earliest delivery consistent with high quality services.

Our core area is to provide professional and advisory services dealing in matters relating to Company Law, Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1999 [FEMA] and getting approvals from all the Government Departments including approvals from the Registrar of Companies (ROC), Ministry of Corporate Aﬀairs (MCA), Reserve Bank of India (RBI).

The Firm is managed by its partners who are qualified professionals and also hold multiple academic qualifications.
