Mrs. Alisha Togani Jain is an Associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from the University of Mumbai. She also holds a diploma certificate in French from Alliance Française De Bombay.
She has a wide and extensive experience as a Company Secretary and Compliance Manager in various corporate before moving into Practice. She has professional experience of more than 8 years as a qualified Company Secretary in matters relating to Companies Act & FEMA spanning activities from incorporation of companies & LLPs, board and shareholder meetings, fund raising compliances, MCA & RBI filings and Secretarial Audit.
Yogita Daswani, Partner
Ms. Yogita Daswani is an Associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from the University of Mumbai. She has also completed her Master’s in Commerce from the University of Mumbai.
She has a professional experience of more than 10 years and she is in practice since 2013. Her area of expertise is Company Law, FEMA, Compliance Management, Due-diligence, and drafting of Agreements. She has handled Corporate Restructuring and Due Diligence Assignments.
